Modi’s Suprise Visit to Lahore !!!
Dr Moeed Pirzada discussed the importance and outcomes of Indian PM Narendra Modi’s surprise visit to Pakistan on birthday of Pakistan PM Nawaz sharif. According to Dr Pirzada, Modi’s visit was totally of private nature linked with PM Nawaz’s birthday, his grand daughter’s wedding and meeting with Nawaz Sharif’s family members. Dr Pirzada referred to personal tweet of Narendra Modi where he mentioned Nawaz Sharif’s birthday prior to is visit and thanked his family members through tweet after completing Pakistan’s visit. Dr Pirzada said that Government did try to give impression that Modi’s visit was official, it was clear from absence of Advisor on foreign relations Sartaj Aziz and National Security advisor during meetings at PM’s house in Jati Umra Lahore.
